The Rosenthal approach

One call. A more considered search.

Our job is not simply to send a list of homes. We help your family clarify what matters, discuss possible care and housing options, and coordinate next steps with appropriate providers. The final decision remains yours.

01 · START WITH THE PERSON

Tell us what is happening.

Share general information about preferred area, room preference, timing, budget and the level of help your loved one may need. Sensitive records are handled only after appropriate authorization.

02 · REVIEW THE FIT

Explore relevant homes.

RASCC helps evaluate possible matches and verify care capabilities, room options, current availability, pricing and any needed facility approvals.

03 · VISIT WITH PURPOSE

Arrange the next step.

For operating homes, RASCC coordinates tour requests and introductions. You or your authorized decision-maker choose whether to pursue admission after the facility’s assessment.

Questions families ask

Helpful answers before you visit.

Do I contact the facility to request a tour?

No. For homes listed on this page, please direct all initial questions, inquiries and tour requests to Rosenthal Adult & Senior Care Connections at (888) 272-3301, Option 3, or through the RASCC inquiry form. RASCC will coordinate the appropriate introduction and appointment.

Is RASCC placement assistance free for families?

Yes. RASCC does not charge residents or families a placement or referral fee for its core placement guidance. Participating providers may compensate RASCC when a referral results in a completed placement. Optional separate services, if any, are disclosed separately.

Are these facilities accepting residents right now?

Openings can change quickly. A facility’s licensed capacity is not a vacancy count. RASCC can help confirm current space, room type, rates and whether a particular resident’s needs are within a home’s approved care capabilities. Western Lights Residences is not yet licensed and is not accepting residents.

Can any of the homes support dementia, hospice, mobility limitations or respite care?

Some homes publish information about these services, but each individual’s eligibility depends on that home's current licensing conditions, approvals, staffing, policies, assessment, and available resources. RASCC can help request confirmation of the actual scope before a referral or tour. No specific specialized-care approval is promised on this page.

Can you help us compare private and shared rooms or discuss budgets?

Yes. RASCC can discuss room preferences and budget considerations and then request up-to-date information from relevant homes. Pricing, deposits, inclusions, refunds and admission terms are established by each facility, not by this directory page.

What is the status of The Western Lights Residences?

Western Lights Residences is a proposed Hesperia residential care home with California RCFE licensure pending as of this page’s publication. It is not yet licensed, is not operating as an RCFE, and is not accepting residents or offering admission reservations. You may request future updates through RASCC or ask for currently licensed alternatives.
